The Atlas Society Welcomes Brandon Borke!
Let's give a warm welcome to Brandon Borke—the newest member of The Atlas Society team! We've enjoyed getting to know Brandon over the last few years at various liberty events and conferences across the country and through our partnership with Young Americans for Liberty, and we’re thrilled to now have him as part of our development team. An avid hunter and outdoorsman, Brandon fell in love with Ayn Rand's epic narrative of creative individuals' final act of resistance against unhinged government bureaucrats. Based in Austin, Texas, Brandon is already hitting the ground running, visiting donors in Houston and Detroit before the year’s end.

High-End Holiday Shopping: Secrets from The Fountainhead and Atlas Shrugged
Interested in delighting your favorite Rand fan (or even yourself) with a rare, collectible gift this holiday season? We’ve partnered with Pen Ultimate Rare Books to offer this special opportunity to acquire rare collectibles—and support your favorite nonprofit at the same time! This week, we’re excited to present a one-of-a-kind set of Ayn Rand memorabilia:
The first piece of this set comes from Ayn Rand’s personal journals: a page noting the birth years and ages of 11 characters in The Fountainhead, one of whom never appeared in the novel. Who was the oldest character in The Fountainhead? The youngest? Never revealed in the novel, this information is history in your hands.
The second piece of the set is the historic pre-publication, first edition, first issue copy of Atlas Shrugged, inscribed by Rand to Ludwig von Mises: “To Dr. and Mrs. Ludwig von Mises- / -Cordially- / Ayn Rand / 8/22/57” A spectacular association copy linking two of the most influential economic figures of the twentieth century.
Those interested in this particular set or in other pieces of Rand collectible history can contact Development Coordinator Clara Whitcomb to learn more.
